Enrico Maria Costa

Enrico was born and grew up in Rome where from an early age he became passionate for Pizza. From 1999 Enrico would spend his day at work and evenings in a Pizza shop learning and working.

Working within some of the best Pizzeria in his city, Enrico then decided to invest time and money in to studying Pizza. In 2006 Enrico was crowned European Pizza champion which catapulted Enrico into global exposure.
