About Enrico

Enrico Maria Costa was born and grew up in Rome where from an early age he became passionate for Pizza. From 1999 Enrico would spend his day at work and evenings in a Pizza shop learning and working.

Working within some of the best Pizzeria in his city, Enrico then decided to invest time and money in to studying Pizza. In 2006 Enrico was crowned European Pizza champion which catapulted Enrico into global exposure.

Since then, Enrico has travelled the world, working on signature Pizza projects across Europe, China, the US and now the Middle East.

After years of hard work and dedication, He has developed a unique concept called "La Pizza Di Enrico." It brings me great joy to inform you that I am planning to launch this concept soon across Asia, Middle East and US. With an array of carefully selected ingredients and meticulously crafted recipes, "La Pizza Di Enrico" promises to take your taste buds on a journey like never before.

From the moment you take your first bite, you will be transported to the vibrant streets of Italy, where the aroma of freshly baked pizza fills the air. Each mouthwatering slice is a testament to my commitment to quality and authenticity. A master crafts man with a passion for Pizza.
